Refunds
If you’re unsatisfied with your product—or if it arrives damaged—you can request a refund within 60 days of your order date.
Email hello@vitauthority.com with your order number and reason for the request.

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a $10 fee.
No product return is required.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved at our discretion, even for opened products.
If an exchange is issued, that order is no longer eligible for a future refund.

Special Shipping Rules for New York
Orders containing weight-loss products shipped to New York require signature and photo ID verification at delivery.
If no one is available to sign, the carrier may return the package, and the order may not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
Important Note on Policy Misuse
To keep our policy fair, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of repeated or abusive use of the 60-day guarantee.
